- Hi friends, I've created this blog to document my long term trip to a small children's village in Rakai, Uganda. I am leaving from Brooklyn, New York and will be in Uganda for 6-12 months starting December 2007. I will post before I leave America, and eventually from the main city in Uganda when time and travel allow. Keep checking back-- this might just be amazing.
